It has only been 2 years since Paul returned to competition after a significant break from the sport, but he is loving it more than ever.

Competing in many of the road races and criteriums in SE QLD for the University of QLD Cycling Club, with the support of Gary and the crew at Cyclescene.

Highlight of 2006 would definitely be the Grafton to Inverell Cycle Classic, always a brilliant race, and this year without a headwind was great fun. Training for an event like Grafton really makes you appreciate the camaraderie of mates like Gary, Pete & Karl, there's no way I could have put myself through that prep alone!
Although he is strictly a cyclist, Paul also competes in the odd triathlon, and had a P.B. at Noosa this year 2hrs16min01s. "i owe it all to Gary's excellent set up of my new bike ...and a few weeks off the beer"
